No previous bail bond experience is required. We provide training, mentorship, and support to help you become a successful licensed Missouri Bail Bond Agent.

Responsibilities
Assist clients through the bail bond process with professionalism and compassion.
Explain bail bond agreements, payment options, and indemnitor responsibilities.
Gather required documentation and complete bond paperwork accurately.
Work with local jails, courts, attorneys, and law enforcement agencies.
Answer incoming calls and respond to client needs, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
Build relationships within your assigned territory to grow your business.
Maintain confidential client records and comply with all Missouri Department of Insurance regulations.
Ensure defendants understand their court obligations and bond conditions.
Collect payments and maintain accurate documentation.
Represent Krystal Bail Bonds/American Western Bonding with honesty, integrity, and professionalism.
Qualifications
Must be at least 21 years old.
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
Ability to pass Missouri licensing requirements.
Strong communication and customer service skills.
Comfortable working independently.
Basic computer and smartphone skills.
Professional appearance and dependable work ethic.
Sales, law enforcement, military, real estate, insurance, or customer service experience is a plus but not required.
