Responsibilities
- Assist with Residential/ Commercial real estate closings.
- Manage multiple transactions simultaneously with attention to details.
- Interact with attorneys and external parties.
- Maintain a consistent presence in the firm's Wilmington office with remote days available.
Qualifications
- Proven ability to manage multiple transactions simultaneously.
- Experience with Soft Pro and Title Express.
