Firm is seeking an experienced legal administrative assistant to coordinate day-to-day
operations of Managing Partner's practice. Coordinates Partner's travel. Prepares original
letters, memos and other correspondence. Assists in billing matters.
Candidates MUST have Chancery Court filing experience.
Candidates must live in the Wilmington Metropolitan Area. Salary to $125,000/yr
Responsibilities
. Drafting routine and complex legal documents for attorney review
- Legal fact and basic legal research
- Assist with case management
- Organize and electronically file pleadings
- Coordinate and schedule calendars and Provide trial assistance
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree
- 5 years' as Litigation Legal Assistant or Paralegal
Salary : $100,000 - $125,000
