Role Description
We are seeking full-time, part-time and freelance Graphic Designers based in Oklahoma City, OK. This is not a remote position unless you are a freelance partner. The Graphic Designer will be responsible for creating compelling visual designs and assets across various platforms, collaborating with the marketing and creative teams on campaigns, and maintaining brand consistency. Daily tasks include crafting graphics, developing layouts, and contributing to creative brainstorming sessions to enhance the agency's design portfolio. The candidate will also produce high-quality materials for both digital and print media that align with clients' branding and marketing objectives.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in graphic design, typography, and visual composition
- Proficiency in industry-standard design tools such as Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
- Experience in creating designs for both digital platforms (social media, websites) and print media
- Effective communication and collaboration skills to work with cross-functional teams
- Ability to manage multiple projects while meeting deadlines
- Attention to detail and emphasis on creative problem-solving
- Knowledge of branding principles, with an eye for identifying brand consistency
- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or related field preferred
- Experience in video editing or motion graphics is a plus
- Understanding of digital marketing concepts, such as UX/UI design, is beneficial
- Knowledge and enthusiasm for AI tools as they continue to improve is a must.
