Location: Clintonville, WI
Pay: $20 /hour + $2 an hour for the night shift
Bonus: $1,500 Sign-On Bonus — $500 after 90 days, $500 after 6 months, $500 after 1 year
Schedule: 2-2-3 Rotating Nights | 6:00 PM – 6:00 AM
Position: Full-time, Direct-Hire

Hoffmaster Group, Inc. in Clintonville is hiring full-time Forklift Operators and Material Handlers to support our production team. Enjoy steady hours, great benefits, and every other weekend off.
What You’ll Do
Operate forklifts, clamp trucks, and other powered equipment safely
Deliver raw materials to production machines and move finished goods to storage or staging areas
Load and unload trucks and trailers
Use RF scanners to track materials
Replace LP tanks and inspect battery equipment
Support team-based material movements (plates, napkins, etc.)
Maintain a clean, safe work area
Follow GMP, SQF, and all plant safety procedures
What You’ll Need
High school diploma or GED
Forklift experience preferred (training provided if needed)
Comfortable working 12-hour night shifts on a rotating schedule
Basic math and reading skills
Safety-first mindset and teamwork attitude

Week 2: Off Mon–Tue, work Wed–Thu, off Fri–Sat–Sun
That’s only 14 workdays per month with every other weekend off!
