Baler Operator - As a member of the Corrugator team, the Baler Operator will bale waste material, load waste materials into trailers using forklift, input weight into QMS system for wet-end waste, and measure and record the weight of waste shipments.
The position requires you to work indoors and outdoors at various temperatures and in a fast-paced work environment.

Responsibilities
- Follow all safety rules and practices;
- Accurately weigh waste bales, and record bale weights on bale tallies;
- Load waste bales into trailers using forklift;
- Feed waste into the shredder / hogger;
- Obtain waste loads from production areas as directed;
- Maintain a clean and organized baler room;
- Load seconds and other non-shredded waste into trucks for shipment;
- Work with returned goods;
- Clean the baler and notify maintenance of problems as necessary;
- Perform other duties as directed by the Corrugator Supervisor.

- High School Diploma or GED Equivalent
- Minimum 6 months experience in a manufacturing type environment preferred
- Forklift experience preferred
- Wear required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE), such as, but not limited to, hearing protection, safety glasses, gloves, and safety toe shoe
