We are looking to add two motivated team members to our growing clinic. This position can be full-time or part-time depending on availability and experience.

In this role, your work may contribute to helping a new mother pick up her baby from the crib again, an employee return to work without lifting restrictions, or a community member get back on their bike - pain free.
Position Overview
The Medical Support Staff member assists the chiropractors and clinical team with daily operations, patient care, and therapeutic treatments. This role provides hands-on experience in a healthcare environment and offers opportunities for professional growth and training.
Training Opportunities
We are happy to train the right candidates. Opportunities include:
- X-ray training
- Sales and patient education training
- Training on therapeutic equipment such as:
- Laser therapy
- PEMF therapy
- Flexion-distraction tables
- Other chiropractic treatment technologies
This role provides valuable experience for individuals interested in healthcare careers, chiropractic care, physical therapy, or wellness services.
Responsibilities
- Assist chiropractors with patient care and treatments
- Prepare treatment rooms and equipment for patient visits
- Support patients during therapeutic treatments
- Maintain accurate and confidential patient records
- Provide excellent customer service and patient support
- Educate patients on chiropractic care and wellness practices
- Help ensure the clinic runs smoothly day-to-day
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required
- Previous experience in a healthcare setting is a plus (not required)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Friendly, outgoing personality with a passion for helping others
- Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment
- Willingness to learn and assist in multiple areas of the clinic
