This is a full-time, on-site role for a Hospital Manager based in Bloomington, IL. - Experience with Budgeting and financial management to achieve business goals effectively

- Excellent Communication skills, both written and verbal, to lead teams and ensure clear internal and external communication
- Leadership and organizational skills with the ability to multi-task and solve problems proactively
- Prior experience working in a veterinary or animal care environment preferred
