Job Description
Residential real estate, design & build firm, Krueger Construction and Castle Realty, is recruiting a full-time Office Manager with excellent organizational and communication skills. The Office Manager oversees and provides administrative support of the team, delivers customer service and manages the daily operations of the office. This role is actively involved in bookkeeping, human resources, managing the office supplies & equipment and assists with employee benefits, among other things. The ideal candidate has previous experience in office management, and most importantly, has a positive attitude, an eagerness to improve and desire to be a part of an exceptional team!
Experience
- Proven experience as an office manager or office administrator
- Knowledge of office administrator responsibilities, systems and procedures
- Working knowledge of office equipment and technology systems
- Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel and MS Outlook, in particular)
- 1 year of business-related experience in QuickBooks
- Outstanding organizational and time management skills with ability to multitask
- Excellent communication skills (verbal & written) with the ability to communicate professionally with customers, employees and external partners
- Strong personal skills with the ability to interact with all personality types in a professional manner
