Job Title: Scheduling Manager ( External Construction)
Location: On-Site / Office (one mile north of COS airport)

What You’ll Do
- Manage daily scheduling operations using Buildertrend, Smartsheets, and similar tools
- Build and maintain project schedules that support monthly production and collection goals
- Provide clients with friendly, timely updates across all project phases
- Meet weekly with Project Managers to review production, priorities, and cash-flow targets
- Coordinate with the Operations team to confirm materials, crew availability, and scheduling needs
- Keep Smartsheets updated with accurate, real-time information
- Adjust schedules to accommodate client needs or project changes
- Proactively communicate any anticipated delays, conflicts, or timeline shifts
What Makes You a Great Fit
- 3 years in a construction office, project coordination, or scheduling role
- Comfortable with Buildertrend or other construction management platforms
- Strong communication and customer-service skills
- Highly organized and able to juggle multiple moving parts
- A calm, friendly presence who keeps the team aligned and clients informed
