Duties
- Assist licensed physical therapists in developing and implementing individualized care plans tailored to each patient’s needs.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate care plans that support optimal recovery and safety.
- Deliver hands-on therapies to alleviate pain and improve function.
- Monitor progress, and document treatment outcomes accurately.
- Educate patients and their families on exercises, mobility strategies, and discharge planning to promote independence at home.
- Manage a caseload of patients in various settings including our outpatient clinic, ALFs, and private residences.
- Ensure compliance with all medical terminology standards and maintain detailed records of patient care activities.
Skills

Pay: $30.00 - $50.00 per hour
