We are seeking a motivated, results-driven Real Estate Investment Sales Specialist to help our network of property owners and investors buy, sell, and optimize their real estate portfolios.
With access to an established client base and warm leads, this is an opportunity to focus on building relationships, analyzing investment opportunities, and closing deals.
Key Responsibilities- Represent investors in buying and selling single-family and multifamily properties.
- Analyze market trends, property values, cash flow, and ROI to guide investment decisions.
- Proactively contact existing clients and warm leads to identify and close sales opportunities.
- Build relationships with property owners, investors, mortgage brokers, and industry professionals.
- Manage the sales pipeline, follow up with prospects, and maintain accurate CRM records.
- Collaborate with the property management team to identify new investment opportunities and deliver excellent client service.
- Active Virginia real estate license required.
- Minimum of 2 years of residential real estate sales experience.
- Investor-focused sales or investment property experience preferred.
- Understanding of real estate investment metrics, including cash flow, cap rates, and ROI.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Proficiency with CRM systems and digital sales tools.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and driven to achieve sales goals.
- $80,000–$100,000 first-year earning potential, based on performance.
