About Us:
KRP Distribution, Inc., a trusted distributor of Little Debbie products, is seeking dedicated Independent Route Sales Operators in the Holiday area. As an independent contractor, you will operate your own business while aligning with our company standards and customer expectations.

Role Overview:
As a Route Sales Operator, you will be responsible for managing your own route, including purchasing a box truck, obtaining commercial insurance, and covering route expenses.

This position includes sales, delivery, setting up displays, etc. Stores to be serviced include Wal-Mart, Publix, Winn Dixie, Save A Lot, Dollar General, etc. This is 100% commission based, so developing relationships is everything.

This role offers the unique opportunity to run your own business within a well-established distribution network. Your earnings directly reflect the effort and dedication you invest in your route.

Key Responsibilities:
- Operate and manage your own route independently.
- Purchase and maintain your own box truck.
- Obtain and manage commercial insurance for your vehicle.
- Handle route expenses and ensure timely deliveries.
- Deliver exceptional customer service and meet company expectations.

Requirements:

• Must have your own 16' box truck or enclosed trailer
• $1M in liability insurance on the delivery vehicle
• Ideally, live within 30 min of route
• Able to start at 3AM
• Willing to grow the business

Schedule:
- 8-hour shifts

Qualifications:
- Vehicle: Ability to purchase and insure a box truck commercially. Required*
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent (Preferred).
- Experience:
- Sales experience: 1 year (Preferred)
- Direct Store Delivery (DSD) experience: 1 year (Preferred)
- Licenses/Certifications: Valid Driver's License (Required)
