We're looking for someone who knows that the best bartenders don't just serve drinks—they create a destination.

Our golf bar is looking for a high-energy, outgoing bartender who can keep guests entertained, build relationships, and help turn slow afternoons into busy ones. If you're the type who sits around waiting for customers, this isn't the job for you. What We're Looking For:

An energetic personality that makes guests want to stay for "just one more."

Someone who genuinely enjoys meeting new people and building a loyal following.

Self-motivated and always looking for the next opportunity.

Dependable, punctual, and accountable.

Comfortable working independently and taking ownership.

Creative enough to help plan tournaments, live music, trivia nights, happy hours, leagues, themed parties, and community events.

A bartender who understands hospitality and knows every guest is an opportunity to create a regular.

Your Responsibilities:

Deliver outstanding food and beverage service.

Build relationships with golfers, members, locals, and visitors.

Help organize and promote events that keep the resort buzzing.

Stay productive during slower hours by planning promotions, marketing upcoming events, organizing the bar, and finding ways to grow business.

Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming bar.

Work closely with management to increase traffic and create memorable guest experiences.

What Success Looks Like:

You don't just keep the bar running—you help grow it. You become someone golfers ask for by name, locals stop in to see, and guests recommend to their friends.
