Technical Drafter

This position focuses on creating and producing protective equipment, paint stencils, premask materials, and 3D-printed PRE parts used on aircraft. You’ll be working onsite daily with a supportive team that values communication, craftsmanship, and precision.What You’ll Be DoingWork with customers, project managers, and teammates to understand job requirementsManufacture aircraft paint stencils, PRE, premask, and 3D PREInspect premask, stencils, and mylars for qualityPackage completed parts for shipmentCreate and produce temporary aircraft registration markings using latex printersIdentify and select the correct materials for each projectSupport inventory efforts for just-in-time orderingLoad machines with material rolls (up to 45 lbs, team lift)Use the following software tools: iCut Production Console, Summa GoProduce, Summa Axis Control, SummaFlex, CorelDraw, Redars, Microsoft Office, Adobe Acrobat, Ultimaker Cura, CATIA V5Operate equipment such as Kongsberg flatbed plotters, Summa flatbed plotters, Summa drum cutters, and 3D printersRequired SkillsHigh school diploma or higherPreferred SkillsExperience manufacturing paint premask, stencils, or PREExperience producing parts with 3D printersExperience operating Summa or Kongsberg plotters and drum cuttersCompany DescriptionKronos always provides our partners with 100% customer satisfaction and on time delivery.
