Supply Chain Project Management Specialist

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage projects from initiation through completion, ensuring objectives, timelines, and deliverables are successfully achieved.
• Drive build plans and material readiness activities in support of critical customer requirements.
• Partner with Customer Operations team members and cross-functional stakeholders to ensure alignment on customer priorities and operational execution.
• Develop and implement recovery plans to address material shortages, production constraints, supply chain disruptions, and other challenges affecting customer commitments.
• Establish project schedules, assign responsibilities, monitor progress, and drive accountability across project teams.
• Analyze risks, identify issues early, and lead mitigation efforts to minimize business impact.
• Prepare and communicate project status updates, metrics, and executive-level reports to leadership.
• Facilitate collaboration between operations, planning, procurement, manufacturing, and customer-facing teams.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives that enhance operational performance, delivery execution, and customer satisfaction.
• Lead multiple priorities simultaneously while maintaining focus on business objectives and customer commitments.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Engineering, Project Management, or a related field preferred.
• 3 years of experience in project management, supply chain, operations, manufacturing, or a related discipline.
• Experience leading cross-functional projects and managing competing priorities.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Demonstrated ability to influence stakeholders and drive results in a matrixed environment.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications and project tracking tools.
