KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Assist in creating and maintaining standard work documentation for manufacturing processes. Support process improvement initiatives to enhance manufacturing efficiency and reduce waste. Develop reports to track manufacturing performance and identify areas for improvement. Learn and understand various manufacturing processes to contribute effectively to the team. YOU MUST HAVE Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution in a technical discipline such as engineering or technology. Experience or coursework related to manufacturing engineering or process improvement. • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with engineering software tools. • Knowledge of lean manufacturing principles and methodologies. WE VALUE Advanced coursework or degree in Mechanical Engineering or Industrial Engineering. Internship experience in a manufacturing environment. Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment. Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to tasks. Familiarity with Six Sigma or other continuous improvement methodologies.
