We’re looking for a Manufacturing Engineering Intern who’s excited to get hands-on experience in a real production environment. This role is a great fit for someone who wants to learn how manufacturing processes come together and how small improvements can make a big impact on efficiency, quality and safety.You’ll work closely with a Senior Advanced Manufacturing Engineering Manager and support ongoing efforts to streamline operations, document processes and drive continuous improvement. If you’re someone who likes solving problems, digging into details and learning how things are built, you’ll fit right in.What you’ll do• Help create and update standard work documentation• Support process improvement projects focused on efficiency and waste reduction• Assist with reports that track manufacturing performance• Learn and observe different manufacturing processes to better support the teamWhat we’re looking for• Bachelor’s degree (completed or in progress) in an engineering or technical field• Coursework or experience related to manufacturing engineering or process improvement• Strong analytical mindset and good attention to detail• Comfortable using Microsoft Office and basic engineering tools• Understanding of lean manufacturing conceptsNice to have• Advanced coursework in Mechanical or Industrial Engineering• Previous internship or hands-on experience in a manufacturing setting• Strong teamwork and communication skills• A proactive, problem solving approach• Familiarity with Six Sigma or similar methodologiesCompany DescriptionKronos always provides our partners with 100% customer satisfaction and on time delivery.
