We’re looking for a Structural & Payload Design Engineer to support aircraft payload systems and interior design.
What you’ll be doing:
- Develop and modify aircraft structural and interior payload components using 3D CAD
- Support aircraft cabin and cargo engineering design activities
- Work with CATIA and engineering data/release systems
- Support production, manufacturing, testing, and supplier activities
- Help develop and maintain engineering requirements and design solutions
- Work with cross-functional engineering and production teams
- Support design integration and validation throughout the product lifecycle
What we’re looking for:
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Aerospace, Civil, Materials, or related Engineering
- 5 years of engineering experience
- Experience with CATIA / 3D CAD
- Aerospace, aircraft, interiors, structures, or cargo experience is highly preferred
- Experience with engineering data management, PDM, or release processes
- Knowledge of design for manufacturing and production support
- FAA Part 25 / EASA experience is a plus
