What you will do:
- Analyze business needs through process reviews, data validation, and collaboration.
- Identify and implement software integrations to improve business processes.
- Evaluate programs and processes, recommending cost-effective improvements.
- Configure solutions for smooth system integration and user-friendly functionality.
- Provide technical/reporting solutions, end-user training, and support.
- Document processes and prepare progress reports.
- Perform cost/benefit analysis and project justification.
- Audit completed projects for compliance and recommend improvements.
- Ensure accurate data collection and reporting for faster, accessible insights.
What we are looking for:
Education:
- BS in Business, Computer Science, or Mathematics/Statistics.
Experience:
- Minimum 2 years in an Integrated Business Systems environment.
- 2 years of application development experience, preferably in manufacturing.
- Knowledge of ERP principles and systems.
Technical Skills:
- MS Power BI, MS Excel, Python, C# or similar programming language, SQL, SAP Applications, Data Analysis.
Soft Skills:
- Strong communication, teamwork, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- Customer-focused mindset and ability to manage projects effectively.
Additional:
- Must live within commuting distance to Franklin, WI (no relocation assistance).
- Possible hybrid schedule after onboarding.
- Visa sponsorship is not available; candidates must be legally authorized to work in the U.S.
