Your responsibilities will include working with leadership to establish, measure, and report on Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), ensuring that the organization stays on track with its strategic goals. In addition to analyzing data and identifying trends, you will be responsible for synthesizing business requirements and clearly communicating product designs to the Data Engineers and Data Science teams. This role requires a blend of strong analytical skills, effective communication, and the ability to collaborate with senior leadership and cross-functional teams.

Day To Day Responsibilities
- Define and own the product vision, roadmap, and backlog for cognitive and data-enabled solutions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including data scientists, engineers, UX designers, and business stakeholders to deliver high-impact features.
- Translate complex business problems into clear technical requirements and user stories.
- Prioritize features based on customer value, business impact, and technical feasibility.
- Monitor product performance and user feedback to inform iterative improvements.
- Serve as the voice of the customer and advocate for intuitive, inclusive, and scalable solutions.
- Proven experience as a Product Owner or Product Manager in a tech-driven environment.
- Strong understanding of data science, AI/ML, or cognitive technologies.
- Ability to communicate fluently across technical and non-technical audiences.
- Demonstrated success in agile product development and backlog management.
- Excellent problem-solving, critical thinking, and decision-making skills.
- Experience with tools like Jira, Confluence, Figma, or similar.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
- A minimum of seven years of experience in product ownership or product management is required.
