Duties
- Supervise daily operations on construction sites, ensuring compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.
- Coordinate and schedule project activities, including subcontractor work and material deliveries.
- Review and interpret construction plans, schematics, and specifications to ensure project alignment with client expectations.
- Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and address any issues that arise during construction.
- Manage project documentation using construction management software such as ProCore.
- Collaborate with project managers and estimators to develop accurate budgets and timelines for projects.
- Implement quality control measures to ensure that all work meets industry standards and contractual obligations.
- Facilitate communication between clients, contractors, and team members to ensure smooth project execution.
Skills
- Experience with Medical and Surgery Center projects is a plus.
- Experience with project scheduling tools and techniques.
- Familiarity with construction management software such as ProCore is highly desirable.
- Ability to read and interpret schematics and technical drawings effectively.
