We are seeking energetic and motivated Call Center Agents to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our clients, providing outstanding customer support and ensuring their needs are met with professionalism and enthusiasm. This is NOT cold calling. These are warm transfer, or internet based inquiries. Your communication skills and ability to handle multiple tasks will help us build lasting relationships with our customers while supporting our company’s growth.
Responsibilities
- Answer inbound calls promptly, professionally, and with a friendly attitude to assist clients with inquiries, scheduling, or service requests
- Make outbound calls to follow up on leads, confirm appointments, or gather customer feedback
- Provide excellent customer support by addressing questions, resolving issues, and guiding clients through our services
- Maintain accurate records of interactions using data entry skills
- Demonstrate strong phone etiquette and communication skills to ensure positive customer experiences
- Assist with client services by providing detailed information about products and services in a clear and engaging manner
- Support team efforts by handling multiple calls efficiently while maintaining attention to detail
Requirements
- Previous call center experience or customer service background is a plus
- Strong communication skills in English; additional language skills are advantageous
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and basic computer skills
- Experience with data entry, typing accuracy, and analysis skills to manage customer information effectively
- Outbound calling experience is desirable; familiarity with call center operations is a benefit
- Excellent phone etiquette, active listening skills, and the ability to handle challenging situations professionally
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high-quality service standards
