- 2 years of experience in an administrative support role
- Proven ability to perform with a sense of urgency and commitment for serving customers
- Ability to handle sensitive information and maintain a high degree of confidentiality
- Confidence to meet independently with associates for issue support and resolution
- Self-directed, ability to prioritize and multi-task with accuracy without close supervision
- Excellent written and oral communication skills and ability to compose general correspondence
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Ability to coordinate meetings, schedules, and projects
- Strong computer literacy with proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Human Resources experience
- Strong project management experience and skills
- Working knowledge of external recruiting sites, resume databases, college recruiting, job fairs and other external recruiting activities
- Knowledge of HR systems
- Provide appropriate communication to new hires
- Follow-up and maintain communication with appropriate HR team members and the hiring team throughout onboarding process
- Process offer letters for associates
- Execute the administrative tasks of onboarding, including the post-offer pre-employment screenings and paperwork
- Enter new associates into the HR systems for processing
- Serve as a liaison between the Human Resources Shared Services Center (HRSSC) and Supply Chain Human Resources for all on-boarding functions, including division transfers
- Initiate the relocation process for new hire and transferring associates as necessary
- Ensure continuity of position data within the Oracle HR systems
- Prepare completed associate folders and send to Content Manager at KASH
- Request associate records for transferees from previous division
- Provide administrative support to HR managers and generalists
- Act as liaison between third party vendors and Corporate Supply Chain Human Resources
- Request non-employee registrations for contractors and vendors
- Monitor the Work Opportunity Tax Credit compliance process
