- High School Diploma or GED
- 5 years experience in diesel mechanics/technology, and two years management experience; or combination of relevant education and experience
- Ability to operate all tools and equipment associated with a diesel engine shop, trucks, tractors, trailers
- Valid commercial driver's license
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Maintain confidentiality
- Accuracy/attention to detail

- Familiarity with truck maintenance terms and processes
