We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Invoicing Specialist to join our team! The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational skills, the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment, and a natural inclination to problem solve independently.

Key Responsibilities
- Prepare, review, and issue customer invoices in a timely manner
- Work closely with Customer Service and Sales teams to ensure invoice requests are executed accurately
- Collaborate with Customer Service, Sales, and Accounting teams to resolve billing issues
- Multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Build collaborative relationships and work environment with teammates
- Identify process improvement opportunities
- Other tasks as assigned
Qualifications/Education/Experience
- Associate degree preferred
- 3 years of experience in accounting, accounts receivable, or related roles
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, Teams)
- Excellent organizational and record-keeping skills, with a strong ability to prioritize and follow up
- Exceptional attention to detail, accuracy, and time management
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
