This role requires a strategic thinker with strong leadership skills and a proven track record in sales and business development in the building, commercial and industrial; mechanical, electrical, and plumbing market space.

- Associates or Bachelor's degree in business administration, Sales, Marketing, or related field

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
- Market Analysis:Conduct thorough market research and analysis to identify potential growth opportunities, market trends, and competitive threats within the region.
- Business Strategy:Develop and implement effective business strategies to expand market share and achieve revenue targets.
- Client Relationship Management:Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, understanding their needs, and providing tailored solutions to drive business growth.
- New Business Development:Identify and pursue new business opportunities through prospecting, networking, and relationship building.
- Collaboration:Work closely with our departments such as marketing, engineering, service, and operations to ensure alignment and support for business development initiatives.
- Reporting and Analysis:Prepare regular reports and analysis on sales performance, market trends, and business development activities. Utilize data-driven insights to refine strategies and optimize results.
