Nature of Work:
Delivering a compelling on-air 5-hour music-based show, servicing the promotions and features of the radio station, and scheduling and maintaining daily music logs for KIMN.
Examples of work performed:
- Operate Digital audio board
- Digital Audio editing
- Show prep using local and topical stories
- Record/Edit/playback remote broadcasts
- Ability to record callers/winners and playback on air
- Voice tracking
- Voicing and editing commercial copy
- Scheduling daily logs in music scheduling software

Qualifications:
- Minimum
- High School or GED
- 2 years of on-air experience
- 2 years Radio Station music scheduling experience
- Applicants must meet minimum qualifications at the time of hire.
- Preferred
- 3 Years or more of major/large market on air experience
- Experienced in social media brand building

Compensation:
- Base annual salary $60,000 - $65,000 dependent upon experience
- Eligible for annual discretionary bonus
