Nature of Work:
This position is responsible for the overall organization of uniforms and equipment for the Colorado Rapids Academy.
Examples of work performed:
- Maintain accurate inventory of all academy training gear, competition gear and field equipment
- Issue, retrieve and maintain training gear, competition gear and field equipment on an ongoing basis
- Assist in the daily field setup for training and competition
- Assist in the packing and preparation for all travel
- Work with Technical Director and Administrator to coordinate annual adidas and equipment order within budget guidelines
- Support & assist in Rapids 2/1st Team equipment & training needs.
- Travel as required
- Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications
- Minimum
- High School or GED
- 2 years’ experience in field
- Applicants must meet minimum qualifications at the time of hire.
- Ability to acquire or produce and maintain a valid driver’s license and meet company vehicle driving standards.
- Preferred
- BS/BA degree in field or related field
- Background in soccer
- Bilingual in Spanish or Portuguese

- Knowledge of MLS, or other leagues in the United States
- Ability to handle discreet or sensitive information in a professional manner
Compensation
- $57,783.00 annually
