Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated and hardworking Landscape Foreman to join our team. As a LandscapeForeman, you will be responsible for performing various tasks related to groundskeeping, lawncare maintenance, and ornamental shrubs and tree care. Duties:
- Perform lawncare maintenance tasks such as mowing, trimming, and edging lawns
- Maintain garden beds and pathways
- Assist with the audit/minor repair of irrigation systems
- Operate hand tools and power equipment safely and efficiently
- Perform small shrub and ornamental tree care tasks including pruning, trimming
- Install Pinestraw/Mulch as needed
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of work areas
- Adhere to safety guidelines and protocols at all times
Qualifications:
- 3 years Previous experience in groundskeeping or landscaping required
- Knowledge of lawncare maintenance techniques and practices
- Familiarity with hand tools and mechanical equipment used in landscaping
- Ability to perform physically demanding tasks in various weather conditions
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
- Excellent time management skills, communication skills, customer service skills and ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Active driver's license with good driving record required. CDL preferred
