What can you really expect?:
- Real work/life balance. Our locations are open from 11:00 AM - 10:00 PM. We are also closed on Easter, Thanksgiving and Christmas day. Best of all - no drive-thru!

What are we looking for?:
- 3-5 years of General Manager experience in the restaurant industry with responsibility for financial results
- Desire to be a hands-on trainer, coach, and mentor to the crew and management staff
- Possesses and demonstrates a strong owner-like commitment to operations and customer service
- Enjoys working in a fast-paced environment
- A creative approach to growing the business (community-engagement, etc.)
- ServSafe certification
