Our sales team plays a vital role in that mission by guiding buyers through one of the most important decisions of their lives. We’re looking for a driven, confident, and customer-focused Sales Professional who believes sales is about helping people — not just closing deals.
What You’ll Do
- Complete company provided training program.
- Lead homebuyers through the 5/4/3 Factor sales process — the belief-based process that drives 100% conversion.
- Uncover each customer’s “why” — their goals, dreams, and motivations — and connect them to the right solution
- Manage your pipeline using our CRM (HubSpot), from first contact to closing
- Host model home tours (customer dictated), open houses (Thursday evenings and Sundays), and community events (varies)
- Follow up incoming leads (website, social, office phone calls) while also being responsible for lead generation and creating monthly marketing plans to assist in hitting your quarterly goals
- Partner closely with internal teams to ensure an exceptional customer experience
- Meet or exceed quarterly sales goals
What You Bring
- A real estate license is not required or permitted. In-House Sales Agents are full- time employees of KRM Development, LLC, not independent contractors or licensed real estate agents.
- Customer-first mindset. You’re driven by helping families find the right home and will go above and beyond to make it happen.
- Commission-focused and availability-driven. This full-time sales position is centered around meeting customer needs — whenever they arise. While core hours are 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., success in this role requires flexibility beyond standard business hours, including evenings, weekends, and select holidays. Sales Agents are expected to remain accessible by phone, email, and conduct after hour meetings to ensure exceptional client service, with required participation in open houses every Thursday and Sunday.

- Confident communicator. You can listen deeply, present clearly, and guide people through major decisions with empathy and conviction.
- Competitive spirit. You thrive on achieving goals and don’t shy away from challenges.
- Previous sales experience preferred, but a strong desire to learn and grow is essential.

Work Environment
While performing the duties of this job, you will be expected to work outside in all types of weather conditions; conditions include occasional extreme heat exposure due to natural climate. The noise level in each work environment will vary and could sporadically be loud. They will also sit at their desk for long periods of time.
