What are the responsibilities and job description for the Bouncer/ Security position at Kristof's Entertainment Center?
Kristof's Entertainment Center in Round Lake Beach, IL is looking for two bouncers/ security to join our team. We are located on 421 W Rollins Rd. Our ideal candidate is a self-starter, motivated, and reliable.
Responsibilities
- Checking ID's to make sure guests in the bar are 21 or older
- Ability to be calm in uncomfortable situations
- Must be willing to confront unruly guests and assist in escorting guests off of the property when needed
- During down time clean/bus the bar area
- Have constant awareness of guests in the facility making sure we are providing a safe environment for all of our guests.
- Must be able to lift minimum of 50 lbs.
Qualifications
- Must be 21 or older
- Must have reliable late night transportation (shifts will end around 3am)
- Have great communication skills
- Must be able to stand for hours at a time
