I opened my agency in 2006 and currently lead a close-knit team of five. State Farm has deep roots in my family - my father worked for State Farm Corporate before retiring, and my brother is also an agent. When the company I worked for was sold, I decided it was the right time to follow that family tradition and open an agency of my own. - Answer customer inquiries and requests.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
- Dedicated to customer service.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Detail-oriented and able to multitask.
- Previous customer service experience preferred.
Salary : $50,000 - $60,000
