Position Overview
As a Warehouse Worker at Kristen Distributing Company, you will play a crucial role in our daily operations by ensuring the efficient and organized handling of our beverage distribution. You'll be responsible for assembling orders, maintaining warehouse cleanliness, and contributing to a seamless workflow. Key Responsibilities
The essential functions of this position include, but are not limited to the following:
- Building orders for the next day by assembling the necessary products for delivery accurately and efficiently.
- Maintaining the cleanliness and orderliness of the warehouse by sweeping and mopping floors.
- Organizing empty pallets and repackaging damaged product packages for resale.
- Handling tasks that involve lifting and carrying loads of up to 50 lbs. during your shift.

To be considered for this position, candidates should possess:
- Must be 18 years of age or older.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous warehouse experience is a plus.
- Physical fitness: Able to lift and carry heavy packages (up to 50lbs), bend, twist, and stand for extended periods.
- Safety awareness: A strong commitment to safety and awareness of safe work practices.

- Occasionally operate a dolly to assist in moving heavy products.
- Pushing and pulling carts loaded with products, which could range from 500 pounds to 1,000 pounds.
