End-of-Line Functional Tester / QC Inspector

Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented End-of-Line Functional Tester / QC Inspector to join our production quality team. In this role, you will perform final functional testing, calibration, and visual inspection of LCD panels and touchscreens to ensure all products meet established performance and quality standards. The ideal candidate is thorough, technically inclined, and committed to maintaining high levels of product reliability.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform end-of-line functional testing on LCD panels and touchscreens to verify proper operation.
• Conduct thorough visual inspections for pixel defects, color accuracy, brightness uniformity, and other display-related issues.
• Ensure all products meet internal specifications as defined in product requirement documentation.
• Calibrate touchscreens using approved calibration software and confirm accurate touch response.
• Safely mount and dismount large custom LCD screens onto test fixtures (up to 40 lbs).
• Maintain accurate test records, documentation, and logs of all inspection results.
• Inspect finished products for mechanical and cosmetic defects prior to final approval.
• Communicate test findings and quality concerns to production or engineering teams as needed.

Qualifications

Required:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to identify visual or functional anomalies.
• Basic computer skills and comfort operating calibration or testing software.
• Ability to safely lift, mount, or maneuver items up to 40 lbs.
• Good communication skills and the ability to follow written procedures accurately.

Preferred:

• Experience in electronics manufacturing, display technology, or quality inspection.
• Familiarity with LCD technology, touchscreen systems, or functional testing equipment.
• Previous experience working in a fast-paced production or QC environment.

Work Environment

• Hands-on role in a production and testing environment.
• Requires standing, bending, and occasional lifting throughout the shift.
• May involve repetitive tasks and detailed visual inspection.
