Responsibilities
- Deliver an elevated and personalized customer experience
- Build strong relationships with customers and foster loyalty
- Assist in driving sales and achieving store goals
- Support daily store operations and merchandising
- Help maintain a warm, welcoming, and polished store environment
- Assist leadership with team support and daily management tasks
- Represent the heart and culture of Krista Anne’s Boutique with professionalism and care
Qualifications
- Previous sales experience required
- Boutique or specialty retail experience preferred
- Strong customer service and relationship-building skills

- Weekend availability required
