Commerical Real Estate Foreclosure Attorney

Prestigious Commercial Real Estate Law Firm seeks a commercial and real estate litigation attorney with at least 3 to 5 solid years of' experience. Responsibilities include practice management; real estate related litigation matters with a focus on commercial mortgage foreclosures and other secured creditor enforcement.  Bankruptcy a plus.  

Responsibilities:

• Draft and prepare pleadings, motions, discovery, and appeals

• State and Federal Court appearances and mediations.

• Diligence related to the purchase and sale of notes and mortgages.

Requirements:

• Excellent legal research and writing skills

• Experience in real estate litigation

• Management Experience

• Strong negotiation skills

• Independent self-starter with multitasking capabilities

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365

• Exceptional analytical, organizational, and prioritizing skills

• Effective communication and written skills for client contact

• Must be admitted in New York (New Jersey admission a plus)
