School Bus CDL Driver Trainer

We are currently seeking experienced CDL drivers with training and mentoring experience to join our team as CDL Driver Trainers. This position combines route driving responsibilities with hands-on driver training and coaching for new and existing drivers.

What Are We Looking For?
- Current CDL with Passenger, School Bus, and Air Brake Endorsements required
- Previous school bus or commercial driving experience required
- Prior driver training, coaching, mentoring, or instruction experience preferred
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Commitment to safety, professionalism, and customer service

Additional Requirements
- Must have a satisfactory driving history based on review of state motor vehicle records
- Must have satisfactory criminal history and child abuse clearances as required by law and the Pennsylvania Department of Education
- Must pass initial and annual school bus driver physicals and tuberculosis testing as required by the Pennsylvania Department of Education
- Must participate in and pass pre-employment and random drug and alcohol testing programs throughout employment
