Production Stockroom Associate-12 hour shifts 3 days per week

Position Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Stockroom Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for efficiently managing inventory, ensuring accurate stock transactions, and maintaining a clean and organized stockroom. This role is essential to our supply chain operations, requiring attention to detail, accuracy, and a strong work ethic. Work 3 -12 hours day and get paid for 40 hours)

Job Responsibilities:

• Material Handling: Accurately and efficiently pick, put away, receive, and verify materials while maintaining organized inventory in designated stock locations.
• Inventory Management: Perform cycle counting and adjust stock levels as necessary to maintain accurate inventory records.
• Stock Transactions: Accurately transact materials in and out of stock locations using the designated inventory management system.
• Organization & Cleanliness: Keep all stock locations, including floors and racks, clean, orderly, and compliant with safety regulations.
• Quality Control: Ensure materials are stored properly to prevent damage or loss.
• Collaboration: Work closely with other departments, such as production and logistics, to ensure timely availability of materials.
• Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to improve stockroom efficiency and inventory accuracy.

Previous experience working within distribution, warehousing or related industry (preferred).

Strong communicator; both written and verbal skills.

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

• Basic computer proficiency for inventory transactions

Demonstrated leadership and change management skills.

Ability to work in a fast paced and dynamic cross functional team setting while meeting deadlines.

Experience in Power Point, Microsoft Office and Excel.

Ability to lift over 50lbs and experience using fork trucks and related material handling equipment.

Pay: $20.00 - $23.00 per hour
