We’re looking for a high-performing, detail-oriented Real Estate Broker to be the backbone of our transaction oversight and compliance processes. This person will act as a point of contact for agents and clients, helping to resolve issues, lead with integrity, and ensure our standards stay world-class.
You will play a critical role in reviewing and auditing purchase agreements, managing compliance, solving transaction challenges, and leading ongoing training to support our agents and uphold our professional reputation.
Key Responsibilities
- Review & Audit Every Purchase Agreement: Ensure contracts are compliant, accurate, and aligned with legal and company standards.
- Stay Current on Regulations & Law: Proactively maintain a deep understanding of local and national real estate laws and updates.
- Ensure Full Compliance: Champion risk management, brokerage policy enforcement, and regulatory adherence.
- Train & Educate: Lead regular training for agents on best practices, legal updates, and transaction management.
- Transaction Troubleshooting: Step into complex or escalated transactions to resolve challenges and keep deals moving forward.
- Be the Go-To Problem Solver: Offer real-time solutions with a calm, clear approach when agents or clients face roadblocks.
- Manage Consumer Feedback: Track, manage, and address consumer concerns to improve service quality.
- Oversee High Transaction Volume: Monitor and support the day-to-day success of a large volume of deals.
- Serve as the Point of Contact for Issues: Act as the escalation point for any deal-related problems or feedback.
- Uphold Communication Excellence: Ensure consistent, professional communication with clients, agents, and brokers throughout each transaction.
- Foster a Positive, Team-Oriented Environment: Lead by example with optimism, teamwork, and collaboration.
- Collaborate with Sales Leadership: Partner closely with sales leaders to drive performance, align strategies, and build a culture of accountability, growth, and excellence.
- Maintain Active Broker Licensure: Stay in good standing and fulfill all requirements to maintain your broker’s license.
What You Bring
- Real Estate Broker License (Minnesota,Wisconsin or eligibility to transfer/apply)
- Proven experience managing a high volume of real estate transactions
- Deep knowledge of purchase agreements, state and federal regulations, and compliance standards
