About the Role
As a Property Analyst, you’ll play a key role in our real estate investment process. You'll conduct thorough research, perform property valuations, assess risks, and maintain accurate data to help our team move with speed and confidence.
What You'll Do
- Conduct in-depth market research to identify real estate trends, opportunities, and potential risks.
- Create precise comparative market analyses (CMAs) with a target of 98% accuracy, validated by Asset Management.
- Perform risk assessments considering market conditions, neighborhood factors, and property-specific details.
- Maintain and update property records with 100% accuracy in CRM systems and internal databases.
- Ensure real-time updates and quick turnaround on property evaluations—within 2.5 business hours from appointment scheduling.

- Clear and effective communication skills to explain findings and provide recommendations.
- Tech-savvy with experience in CRM systems and real estate databases.

- Prior experience in real estate analysis, appraisal, finance, or related field is a plus.
