This is an Event Sales Executive role. But not the kind you've seen before.

You will make at minimum 100 calls a day to our sourced database. The volume matters because it fills the pipeline. But what matters even more is how many of those calls you turn into high impact conversations. Conversations that lead to invitations. Invitations that lead to people actually showing up.


Showing up where? Live pop up events at our real estate.


These are not staged showings. These are not open houses. These are structured live events where you bring qualified attendees to our properties. You set the room. You run the energy. You turn interest into action.


Some of the properties are clean. Some are not. Some are rough. That doesn't matter. What matters is your ability to fill the room and run the play.


This is relationship sales.


The people you connect with on the phone are the same people you will meet in person. The way you show up matters. You must be personable. You must be presentable. You must be the kind of person someone wants to do business with on the first call and again on the tenth event.


The relationships you build will compound. The investors you earn trust with this month will show up again next month. And the month after that. The people who hit number one in this role do it by building a network that keeps coming back.


This is high volume. It's repetitive on purpose. It's the kind of role where you live and die by your calls, your conversations, and your conversion to event attendance. If you love the rhythm of phone work, the pressure of pipeline, and the thrill of watching people walk through a door because of something you said, this is your role.

You must be strong on the phone. You must have the tenacity to make the calls. You must know how to lead a conversation, handle objections, and earn the appointment. You must be able to sell people on showing up, not just on listening.


You also need to be able to hustle. This role wears multiple hats. One hour you're prospecting. The next you're running an event. The next you're following up with people who attended last week. You will move between roles all day long and the right person thrives in that kind of pace.
