Healing Arts Advisors set the pace by creating a relaxing environment, greeting each guest, and delivering exceptional customer service. We train our Advisors to be knowledgeable and proficient with interpreting each of the modalities we offer. We use the term Advisor because we take time to pair guests with services that support their healing journey. Our services range from massage therapy, facials, acupuncture, to metaphysical modalities.
Qualifications
- At least a high school diploma/ equivalent or higher required
- Customer service experience
- Exceptional customer service, phone etiquette, and communication skills
- Experience handling money and payment transactions / POS skills
- Proficient computer skills / comfort with learning new software systems
- Strong team player
- Well organized, efficient, capable of handling a variety of duties simultaneously
- Able to learn new materials and interpret the information clearly and in a professional manner
- Openness to learn about wellness and personal growth
- Excellent verbal and written skills
- Ability to maintain professionalism and grace under pressure
- Professional email and text communication skills
- Strong attention to details
- Problem-solving skills
- Ability to lift 35 lbs.
- Reliable attendance
- Must live in or close by the Berkshires of Massachusetts
Responsibilities
- Welcome and greet each guest with excellent hospitality and professionalism
- Manage appointment scheduling, adjustments, and cancellations
- Upholding polices and procedures for successful business operations and practices
- Advise and pair guests to appropriate treatments based on needs and healing aspirations
- Guide guests through healing service options, upgrades, and complementary add-ons to services (i.e. essential oil choices, CBD oil, etc.)
- Capable of problem-solving guest concerns productively while maintaining professionalism
- Coordinate with therapists to ensure smooth session transitions
- Maintain reception area cleanliness and ensure a calming ambiance
- Provide administration and operations support
- Staying updated on products and maintaining inventory for treatments and office supplies
- Staying up-to-date and proficient with various types of modalities in addition to accurately describing services
- Maintain, uphold, and model Kripalu values through service, presence, inquiry, compassion, practice, and integrity
- Practice optimizing appointment bookings, process payments, working as a team within Healing Arts and with other departments at Kripalu

Salary : $40,000 - $60,000
