What are the responsibilities and job description for the Marketing Manager (Temp) position at Kripalu Center for Yoga & Health?
The Kripalu marketing team has a great opportunity for a 3-6 month temporary position to lead marketing for our on campus programs. This individual will manage strategy and execution to drive awareness and enrollment for Kripalu’s on campus programs and brings experience in integrated marketing (with a focus on digital), campaign planning, messaging, analytics, and project management..
This temporary role is to cover for a maternity leave and will start in May 2024. Option to be remote if East Coast based or work in person at our Stockbridge, MA office.
Manages promotional strategy and monthly calendar for on campus programs across web, email, social, and paid advertising.
Collaborates with marketing specialists to develop email, web, and social promotions based on master calendar.
Writes and edits promotional copy across all channels for on campus programs.
Tracks and monitors on campus enrollment data against goals and optimizes strategy to meet and exceed goals.
Tracks promotional channel performance via Google analytics and leads monthly reporting.
Creates new digital content and campaigns to support on campus programs.
Manages digital marketing specialist.
ESSENTIAL SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
Minimum of 3 years of marketing experience with specific experience in digital marketing.
Strong project management skills, with the ability to juggle priorities and move projects forward while maintaining high work quality.
Proven experience working and collaborating cross-functionally across departments.
Strong writer with the ability to write and edit promotional copy across a variety of platforms quickly and succinctly.
High level of personal initiative, energy and ownership of results.
Experience with digital analytics tools including Google Analytics.
Brings a positive, can-do attitude to their work.
