KrinosAI is a healthcare technology and artificial intelligence company developing innovative digital products for dental and medical applications.

We are building AI-powered platforms, clinical visualisation tools, patient-education solutions and SaaS products that require premium visual communication across 3D animation, product design, websites, videos and marketing.

We are looking for a highly creative and experienced Senior Visual Designer with strong professional capabilities in:

• 3D modelling and animation
• Dental and medical visualisation
• UI/UX and product design

This is a multidisciplinary role for someone who can combine 3D art, product design and visual storytelling to transform complex healthcare, dental and AI concepts into engaging and easy-to-understand visual experiences.

The selected candidate should be able to independently manage projects from concept and storyboarding to design, animation, editing and final delivery.

• Create professional 3D models, animations and visualisations for dental, healthcare, AI and technology products.
• Develop realistic and stylised representations of teeth, jaws, oral anatomy, dental conditions, clinical procedures and dental devices.
• Create visualisations for cavities, calculus, gum recession, swollen gums, bone loss and other oral conditions.
• Model, texture, rig, light, animate and render high-quality 3D assets.
• Create product renders for websites, advertisements, catalogues, presentations, exhibitions and product launches.
• Produce educational, before-and-after and treatment-related animations for patients and dental professionals.
• Optimise 3D assets for websites, mobile applications, product videos and interactive demonstrations.
• Maintain organised libraries of 3D models, textures, materials and animation assets.
• Collaborate with developers to integrate 3D content into websites and software products.

• Create product demonstration, explainer, onboarding, promotional and feature-walkthrough videos.
• Combine 3D animations, UI animations, motion graphics, screen recordings, voiceovers and visual effects.
• Convert complex technical and clinical workflows into clear and engaging visual stories.
• Create animated interfaces, infographics, transitions, titles and product visualisations.
• Prepare storyboards and visual plans before beginning major projects.
• Produce videos for websites, LinkedIn, exhibitions, presentations, advertisements and product launches.

• Design interfaces for SaaS platforms, dashboards, web applications, mobile applications and internal tools.
• Create wireframes, user flows, prototypes, high-fidelity screens and scalable design systems.
• Design clinical dashboards, patient reports, AI-result screens and dentist-facing interfaces.
• Improve the usability, consistency and visual hierarchy of existing products.
• Collaborate with developers to ensure accurate implementation.
• Convert technical and clinical workflows into intuitive user experiences.
• Incorporate 3D elements into interfaces where they improve understanding and engagement.

• Design modern, responsive and conversion-focused company and product websites.
• Create landing pages, product pages, pricing sections, feature pages and campaign pages.
• Develop premium website visuals using 3D models, product renders, animations and interactive elements.
• Coordinate with frontend developers for implementation and quality review.
• Create icons, illustrations, banners, product mockups and other website assets.
• Optimise 3D and motion assets for website performance.

• Create LinkedIn posts, carousels, banners, advertisements and product-announcement creatives.
• Design campaigns for pilot programs, exhibitions, events, product launches, partnerships and recruitment.
• Develop brochures, catalogues, flyers, pitch decks, presentations and sales materials.
• Repurpose long videos and animations into short clips, reels and promotional content.
• Maintain visual consistency across all company and product communication.
• Create reusable templates and properly organised source files.

• 4–5 years of professional experience in 3D art, visual design, UI/UX, motion graphics, video production or digital-product design.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating professional 3D modelling and animation work.
• Advanced knowledge of at least one major 3D platform:
• Blender
• Cinema 4D
• Autodesk Maya
• 3ds Max
• Unreal Engine
• Strong understanding of 3D modelling, texturing, UV mapping, lighting, rendering, rigging, animation, materials, shaders, camera composition and compositing.
• Ability to create both realistic and stylised 3D visualisations.
• Strong working knowledge of:
• Figma
• Adobe After Effects
• Adobe Premiere Pro
• Adobe Photoshop
• Adobe Illustrator
• Experience creating SaaS, technology, healthcare, AI or software-product demonstration videos.
• Experience combining 3D animation, UI animation, motion graphics, screen recordings and voiceovers.
• Strong understanding of typography, layout, branding, visual hierarchy and storytelling.
• Experience designing responsive websites and developer-ready UI files.
• Ability to independently manage multiple projects and deliver work within deadlines.
• Strong attention to detail and good written and verbal communication skills.

• Experience in dental, medical, healthcare technology, artificial intelligence, SaaS or B2B software.
• Experience creating dental anatomy, medical anatomy, clinical-procedure or healthcare-education animations.
• Experience with Unreal Engine, including real-time rendering, lighting, materials, Sequencer and Blueprint-based interactions.
• Knowledge of Three.js, WebGL, Spline or interactive 3D website experiences.
• Familiarity with CBCT, DICOM, STL, OBJ, FBX or CAD-based workflows.
• Experience converting dental scans or anatomical references into usable 3D visualisations.
• Knowledge of ZBrush or similar sculpting tools.
• Experience with Cycles, Eevee, Octane, Redshift or Arnold.
• Experience with Webflow, WordPress, Framer or similar website-building platforms.
• Familiarity with AI tools for image generation, video generation, voiceovers and 3D asset creation.
• Experience creating pitch decks, exhibitions and product-launch materials.

• Can work independently without requiring detailed instructions for every task.
