Embroidery Machine Operator

Responsibilities:
- Operate Tajima embroidery machines (both single-head and multi-head) in a safe and efficient manner
- Keep machines running smoothly by monitoring performance and handling basic maintenance
- Follow work orders and production instructions accurately
- Check finished products to ensure they meet quality standards
- Work closely with team members and communicate effectively
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workspace
What We’re Looking For:
- At least 1 year of embroidery experience preferred
- Willingness to learn and grow within the role
- Strong attention to detail and quality
- Ability to work independently and stay productive throughout the shift
- Good problem-solving skills and judgment on when to ask for help
- Ability to lift 25 lbs
- Comfortable standing for most of the shift (8–10 hours)
Schedule:
- Full-time position
- Flexible options: four 10-hour days (Monday–Thursday) or five 8-hour shifts
As a smaller team, you’ll also have the opportunity to learn additional skills like laser work, appliqué, and other areas of production.
Pay: $16.00 - $22.00 per hour
