To support the firm’s next phase of development, we are seeking an experienced Law Firm Administrator / Office Manager to lead the firm’s operational and business functions. This position will work directly with firm leadership to strengthen systems, improve financial performance, and improve the operational infrastructure necessary to support long-term growth.
This is a senior leadership position responsible for overseeing the firm’s financial management, human resources, operations, technology, and administrative systems while ensuring attorneys can focus on delivering excellent client service.
The Role
The Law Firm Administrator / Office Manager serves as the firm’s senior operational leader and oversees the daily business side of the firm.
This role combines hands-on operational management with strategic leadership. The successful candidate will help implement systems and processes that improve efficiency, strengthen financial management, and support the firm’s continued growth.
The position works closely with firm leadership and has meaningful influence over the firm’s operational direction.
