* IMMEDIATE HIRE* KRI Properties (a fast growing apartment management and investment firm) is looking for an EXPERIENCED Leasing Consultant for a property in Bradenton, FL
We are seeking a dedicated Leasing Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in property management and or leasing and possess strong sales and customer service skills.
Responsibilities:
- Set up appointments and conduct property tours with potential residents to highlight the features of the property
- Process lease applications. Including but not limited to collection of all application documents. Income calculations, rental and employment verifications.
- Preparing leases
- Maintain accurate prospect traffic and leasing data within a CRM
- Marketing. This includes visiting employers in the area to build relationships. This could also include passing out flyers and social media.
- Provide excellent customer service to current and potential residents
- Ensure compliance with Fair Housing regulations
- Utilize Resman or similar software for leasing, rent collection, and data entry
- Unit inspections before move in.
- Knowledge of Outlook and Microsoft Word/Excel
Experience:
The successful candidate should have:
- Prior experience in leasing and sales
- Proficiency in Resman or similar property management software
- Strong phone etiquette and communication skills
- Ability to handle conflict management effectively
- Office administration skills
- Bilingual is preferred

Pay: $48,000.00 - $52,000.00 per year
