Job Overview:
KRI Properties, Inc. is seeking a dedicated and dynamic Community Manager to join our Property Management Team. As a Community Manager, you will play a pivotal role in providing exceptional customer service and overseeing the day-to-day operations of our residential community. Your primary focus will be on maintaining high resident satisfaction, optimizing property leasing, and ensuring efficient office operations.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee property leasing activities including marketing vacant units, conducting tours, screening applicants, and negotiating lease agreements.
- Provide superior customer service by addressing resident inquiries, issues, and requests promptly and professionally.
- Maintain accurate resident records and files using property management software such as Resman, and a CRM.
- Ensure compliance with housing regulations.
- Coordinate maintenance requests and repairs in a timely manner to uphold property standards.
- Implement effective communication strategies with residents through various channels including phone, email, and in-person interactions.
- Collaborate with the corporate team to align community goals with company objectives.
- Utilize real estate administrative skills to support property financials and reporting requirements.
Experience:
- Previous Leasing/Manger experience within the multifamily industry is highly desirable.
- Proficiency in property leasing procedures and best practices.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage office operations efficiently.
- Knowledge of file management systems and maintaining accurate records.
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills for interacting with residents and stakeholders.
- Familiarity with property management software such as Resman, OneSite or Yardi is advantageous.
- Ability to negotiate lease terms effectively while ensuring compliance with regulations.
- Ability to lead an onsite team
